Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data processed by Innoway Solutions in VIA ERP, including data received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) through our "VIA ERP Connect" app. See also our privacy policy.

1. You connected a Facebook Page or a WhatsApp number to VIA ERP

1. In VIA ERP, open the Facebook Lead Ads or WhatsApp Business connector and click Disconnect. The Meta access tokens are deleted and all collection stops immediately.
2. You can also remove the app directly from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select "VIA ERP Connect", then Remove. Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the access tokens and the data from your Facebook account that we hold.
3. Leads and conversations already imported belong to your business: you can delete them yourself in VIA ERP, or ask us by email to delete them completely (section 3).

2. You filled in an ad form or messaged a business on WhatsApp

Your data is processed on behalf of the business you contacted. You can send your request to that business directly, or write to us (section 3): we will identify the customer businesses concerned and carry out the deletion with them.

3. Send a deletion request

Email info@innoway-solutions.com with the subject "Data deletion request", stating:

• your name;
• the email address and/or phone number you used (for example in the form or on WhatsApp);
• the name of the business concerned, if you know it;
• the confirmation code, if Meta gave you one after you removed the app.

We may ask you to confirm your identity. We handle the request within 30 days at most and confirm the deletion to you by email.

4. What is deleted

We delete the personal data concerning you, including access tokens, form answers, WhatsApp messages and media, and technical data received from Meta. Only data we are legally required to keep (for example billing data, under Tunisian legal obligations) is retained for the legal period, then deleted.
